FlairTech respects the privacy of all users (a "User") of the FlairTech website and any other website operated by FlairTech (hereinafter referred to as "FlairTech Website") agrees to protect it in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Users may be legal persons, companies, companies or individuals.

Any User is deemed to have read, accepted and acknowledged the validity of the Privacy Policy. If a User does not agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy, he or she must stop using it. FlairTech collects two types of User information: personal information and non-personal information.

  1. Retention of Personal Information

FlairTech keeps the personal information it collects as long as it deems necessary for the conduct of its activities.

At the request of a User, FlairTech may delete from their records all personal information when their membership to the platform is complete. The User must contact the FlairTech Customer Service by email for this procedure. FlairTech agrees not to make public, sell, rent or share personal information to anyone.

FlairTech will only disclose personal information to third parties in the following cases:

• the User has expressly authorized FlairTech to communicate the information provided for a specific purpose;

• the third parties in question act on behalf of FlairTech as agents or suppliers of goods or services, and the information is communicated to them solely for the purpose of improving the delivery of FlairTech services. FlairTech shall take reasonable technical, contractual, administrative and material measures to protect the personal information that the User provides to it, including 128-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption, where required. Although it is impossible to guarantee 100% protection, FlairTech cannot be held responsible for any theft, illegal use, unauthorized disclosure, loss, alteration or destruction of personal information by a third party, FlairTech has adopted rigorous methods that meet strict security standards to ensure the protection of personal information.

Employees of FlairTech who have access to this information may use it only in accordance with the principles set out in this Privacy Policy and applicable laws and regulations.

In order to protect the integrity of the data transmitted when you make your payment online, FlairTech has planned several security measures. All transactions made are encrypted at 128 bits while being transferred between the payment intermediary and your computer. Each session is automatically deactivated as soon as the transaction is completed. Even so, do not leave an online payment session unattended.   1. Collection of non-personal information

As part of the operation of the Website, FlairTech may collect non-personal information about Users.

"Non-personal information" is information such as the Internet domain name (for example, "xyzcompany.com") and the IP address (IP address) used to access the Website, the date and time of the the visit, the pages visited, the type and version of the browser or operating system used by a User and the website that the User has just accessed and subsequently accessed.
